The NOVA Broiler is powered by powerful 30,000 BTU cast iron burners, providing reliable, high heat for commercial kitchens. Each burner has an individual pilot light, heavy-duty 11.9″ x 11.9″ removable cast iron grates, and an instant-light control knob for precise flame control. Constructed with a stainless steel front and aluminized sides, it includes a 24.75″ high backriser and shelf, offering additional storage space. The unit also features 6″ adjustable stainless steel legs or casters for mobility and a ¾” NPT gas connection for easy installation.

The standard oven is powered by a 30,000 BTU burner and includes two easy-to-remove oven racks for flexible cooking. Its nonoceramic oven bottom makes cleaning simple, while the compression spring door hinge system ensures durability. The oven’s adjustable thermostat ranges from 250°F to 550°F, and it is equipped with a flame failure safety device for added security.

The Raised Griddle/Broiler is equipped with three lance port steel burners, each rated at 12,000 BTU, and a ¾” thick griddle plate. Additionally, it features a boiling rack with two adjustable positions, offering versatile cooking options.
